I am a National Holistic Institute (NHI) Graduate and a certified massage therapist (CMT)/health educator. I have been practicing massage professionally for 9 years and have had more than 700 hours of training in a variety of therapeutic massage modalities. I have a passion for what I do; as a healer, helping people live a healthy, pain free life.

I work intuitively; integrating very deep techniques, customizing each session to the needs of the individual with my training in Western and Eastern massage modalities . I offer Deep tissue massage, Neuromuscular rehabilitation, Sports massage, Swedish massage, Shiatsu , Reflexology, Prenatal massage, and Aromatherapy . I incorporate trigger point therapy, acupressure, neuromuscular therapy, reflexology, PNF tense and release stretches, cross fiber, stretching, and joint mobilization in my sessions.

 

I specialize in soft tissue rehabilitation, injury rehabilitation, freeing adhesions, stress and pain management, chronic tension, releasing the progressive thickening of the fascia (connective tissue) that surrounds our muscles and joints, and increases range of motion. In 2006, I had extensive training by another successful CMT, who trained me in neuromuscular rehabilitation. Personally, this is the best soft tissue work I have came across because it is very detailed, specific and get great results to clients.

NHI trained in spa treatments; however I had exquisite training in spa treatments by a five star spa and resort. Including; Hot Stone Massage, Sugar Scrubs, Salt Glows, Body Polish's, Clay Wrap's, Herbal Detox Wraps, and Foot Soak's.

 

In addition to the above services, I am a Bikram Yogi and I practice beauty and health in my every day life; therefore and am able to give exceptional advice on living a healthy, beautiful life on a daily basis.
