Your Appointment Reservation
To ensure that you obtain the appointments you desire, please make reservations in advance, on-line, or over the phone. A valid credit card is required at time of booking.
We accept VISA/MC/CHECKS/CASH. Because of rising costs of bank fees, cash is preferred. Any returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.
(No out of State checks accepted)
Prepaid Packages, Promotions and Specials
To take advantage of the great price break on any package services, payments must be in full to Serenity Wellness at time of purchase.
Packages and Promotions will expire one year from the date of purchase; therefore, they must be used within that time frame.
Sessions are not transferable or refundable and every session must be used. There are no rollover sessions or make-up sessions on any of these visits. For additional questions on these, please refer to cancellation policy.
Returns and Refunds
We are sorry, but there are no refunds, or exchanges on Services, Gift Certificates, or purchased products at any time. No exceptions!
Please see the owner if you are unsatisfied with any service received today.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To avoid full charges on your scheduled appointments, a 24 hour cancellation is required. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
Cancellations and Fees
Please cancel appointments within 24 hours online or by calling (925) 818-2617 during normal business hours.
Failure to cancel, No Shows and No Calls, will result in a full service fee charge.
Running Late
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If you start your treatment late, it will be on your time, and will be charged full price. Please be expected to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late.
Price Changes
Prices may change without notice. Please inquire for current rates before scheduling an appointment.
Baby Sitting
In consideration to other clients and to fully enjoy the Wellness Experience, please make arrangements with Grandma, Grandpa or the Nanny to stay with the little ones at home.
Lost or Misplaced Items
Serenity Wellness is not responsible for lost items at any time. Please keep your valuables with you at all times, or better yet, leave them at home.
Spa Etiquette
For a more pleasant, unhurried Spa experience please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow adequate time to check-in, change, relax and have a private consultation with one of our highly qualified staff members.

Gift Certificates
Spa Finder certificates are not accepted towards discounted promotions, specials, or pre-paid packages. Please advise us before your service if you intend to pay with a Spa Finder Gift Certificate.
